The Commercial Law team at PPO provides counseling to its clients with respect to their business relations in all types of commercial transactions, including those with a trans-border component. The team habitually provides advise to its clients with respect to the review and negotiation of their commercial commitments, including, for example, the conferral of licenses and franchises, supply contracts, structuring of distribution systems, agency agreements, exclusiveness agreements and purchase-sale agreements for goods and services. The advice provided by the team is reinforced by the Public Law team, which provides counseling in the area of compliance with the norms to defend competition in order to prevent the filing of denunciations by competitors and the regulator`s control.
