PPO advised Eloro Resources Ltd. with respect to its initial public offering at Canada´s TSX for C$9.7 million, approximately $8 million.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used for continued exploration and development of the company’s Iska Iska project in Potosí, Bolivia, which has a significant mineral deposit type.

Cormark Securities Inc. participated as underwriter and Haywood Securities Inc. as a member of the Special Sales Group in connection with the offering.

PPO advised the company with respect to the Bolivian law aspects of the transaction, including advising in connection with corporate and regulatory matters relating to Eloro´s rights over the Iska Iska project.
